As we grow and adapt, it's normal to face uncertainty or loss of self.
Counselling provides a supportive environment to understand these feelings, learn how relationships shape us, and develop practical ways to cope and rediscover who we are.
Couples therapy
When starting relationship counselling, I examine how you handle conflict, whether you withdraw, concede, or seek agreement. Recognising these patterns helps us understand your relationship dynamics.
Relationships evolve as partners grow and encounter life changes—parenthood, illness, loss, or trust issues can all strain your connection. Counselling provides a safe environment to address these challenges and adapt together.

Selecting the right counsellor is important, and I am here to help you address your challenges. I offer a free, 20-minute phone or online consultation so you can ask questions, discuss concerns, and decide if my approach suits you—without obligation to continue.

A confidential, judgement-free environment where all clients can feel supported and valued.
Fees are £60 per individual session, an additional fee will be applicable for home visits depending on travel time.
Fees are £85 per couple for an hour or £95 per 75 minutes.
